Description
LBG20304 is a selective GluK5 receptor ligand (IC50 = 432 nM) with >40-fold selectivity over GluK1-3. It is inactive at GluK2/5 receptors below 10 μM, showing only weak agonist activity at higher concentrations in neuronal tissue, making it a useful research tool for studying kainate receptor function in vitro and ex vivo.
