Description
JND4135 is a potent type II TRK inhibitor with low nanomolar IC50 values against TRKA, TRKB, and TRKC. It effectively overcomes mutation-mediated resistance, inhibits downstream signaling, and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in vitro, while also demonstrating in vivo antitumor efficacy in a BaF3-CD74-TRKA-G667C xenograft model.
