Description
KRC-00715 is a potent and selective oral c-Met inhibitor (IC50 = 9.0 nM) . It suppresses proliferation in c-Met-high gastric cancer cells like Hs746T (IC50 = 39 nM) via G1/S arrest and inhibits Akt/Erk signaling. The compound also demonstrates in vivo efficacy by reducing tumor growth in Hs746T xenograft models.
