ZYZ-17 is a potent small molecule activator of human ClpP (hClpP) with an EC50 of 0.24 μM. It is used in cancer research to study proteostasis and has been applied in both in vitro biochemical assays and in vivo models to investigate its effects on tumor cell viability.
