TH9028 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of MTHFD2, exhibiting IC50 values of 11 nM, 7.97 nM, 27 nM, and 0.5 nM against MTHFD2, hMTHFD2, MTHFD2L, and MTHFD1, respectively. This compound is a valuable research tool for studying one-carbon metabolism in cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth, applicable in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
