Description
ON044580 is an α-benzoylstyrylbenzyl thioether compound that acts as a non-ATP-competitive JAK2 inhibitor, effective against both wild-type and V617F mutant forms. It suppresses proliferation and induces apoptosis in JAK2V617F-positive and Imatinib-resistant CML cells, and also inhibits BCR-ABL (including T315I mutant), making it a research tool for myeloproliferative neoplasms.
