Description
(S) -OTS514 is the potent S-enantiomer inhibitor of TOPK (PDZ-binding kinase) with an IC50 of 2.6 nM. It suppresses proliferation of TOPK-expressing cancer cells in vitro, inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, and has shown antitumor efficacy in xenograft model studies.
