Description
ERG245 is a selective BCAT1 inhibitor that enhances CD8+ T cell cytotoxicity by promoting oxidative phosphorylation. In preclinical immuno-oncology research, it has demonstrated synergistic antitumor activity with anti-PD-1 therapy, such as pembrolizumab, in both in vitro and in vivo models.
