PST3.1a is a selective MGAT5 inhibitor used in glioblastoma research. It suppresses GBM initiator cell invasion and proliferation by inhibiting TGF-βR/FAK-DCX signaling and elevating OLIG2, as demonstrated in in vitro studies.
