Description
ATC-324 is an AUTOTAC degrader that utilizes the autophagy-targeting ligand YT 6-2 to engage p62/SQSTM1, leading to the autophagic-lysosomal degradation of androgen receptor (AR) and its mutants. It effectively reduces nuclear AR levels and suppresses AR-driven gene expression, showing utility in prostate cancer research both in vitro and in vivo.
