Compound BPP (HDGFRP2/PSIP1-IN-1) is a dual PWWP domain inhibitor targeting HDGFRP2 (Kd=7 μM) and PSIP1 (Kd=27 μM), which has shown activity against Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) in research models. This small molecule is a tool for investigating chromatin reader function in oncology, particularly for in vitro binding studies and cellular mechanism-of-action experiments.
