Description
EBET-1055 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) that degrades BET proteins. It suppresses pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cell growth and modulates cancer-associated fibroblast activity in co-culture models, as evidenced in published in vitro organoid studies.
