Description
(±) -ε-Viniferin is a racemic stilbenoid with antioxidant, hepatoprotective, and antimicrobial properties. It shows in vitro antibacterial and antibiofilm activity against Gram-positive pathogens like Streptococcus pneumoniae (MIC = 20 μM) and has been investigated for its cytochrome P450 inhibitory effects in biochemical research.
