(S) -Sabutoclax is an optically active pan-inhibitor of antiapoptotic Bcl-2 family proteins, effectively displacing BH3 peptides from Bcl-XL, Bcl-2, Mcl-1, and Bfl-1. It demonstrates potent, sub-micromolar growth inhibition in various cancer cell lines and is a key research tool for studying apoptosis in both in vitro and in vivo cancer models.
