Sulforhodamine 101 DHPE is a red-fluorescent phospholipid conjugate (Ex/Em ~586/605 nm) used to label lipid membranes. It is applied in vitro for imaging supported bilayers, studying protein-lipid interactions, and monitoring liposome fusion or colocalization via resonance energy transfer (RET) assays.
