Description
BSJ-03-204 triTFA is a Cereblon- and CDK-targeted PROTAC that potently degrades CDK4/6 with IC50 values of 26.9 nM and 10.4 nM, respectively, while sparing IKZF1/3. This selective degrader is a valuable chemical probe for studying CDK4/6-dependent cancers in both cellular and in vivo models, demonstrating anti-proliferative activity.
