Description
Tagarafdeg (CFT1946) is an orally bioavailable PROTAC degrader that selectively targets and degrades multiple mutant BRAF variants, including Class I (V600E), Class II (G469A), and Class III (G466V) mutations, as well as the p61 splice variant. It demonstrates high proteome selectivity, sparing wild-type BRAF and CRAF, and potently inhibits tumor cell proliferation in preclinical cancer research models.
