Description
DBt-10 is a potent and selective small molecule degrader of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) . It facilitates the targeted proteasomal degradation of BTK, making it a valuable chemical probe for investigating BTK-dependent signaling pathways in both cellular (in vitro) and animal (in vivo) models of B-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases.
