PR-924 is a potent, selective, and covalent inhibitor of the immunoproteasome subunit LMP-7, demonstrating an IC50 of 22 nM. It induces apoptosis and suppresses proliferation in multiple myeloma cells in vitro and has shown promising antitumor efficacy in relevant in vivo models.
