14,15-EE-8 (Z) -E is a potent synthetic analog of the vasodilatory cytochrome P450 metabolite 14 (15) -EET. This research chemical is used in cardiovascular studies to investigate endothelial function and hyperpolarization-mediated vasodilation in both in vitro and ex vivo models, such as isolated coronary arteries.
