(±) 19 (20) -EpDTE is a cytochrome P450-derived oxylipin metabolite of docosapentaenoic acid (DPA) . This epoxide is a substrate for soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH), converting to the corresponding diol, and serves as a research tool for studying lipid mediator pathways in inflammation and vascular biology in vitro.
