Description
Lipoxin B4 (LXB4) methyl ester is a lipid-soluble prodrug of the endogenous pro-resolving mediator LXB4. This metabolite potently inhibits LTB4-stimulated neutrophil migration and adhesion (IC50 ~0.3 nM) and is studied in research on inflammation resolution, including in vitro cellular models and in vivo studies of inflammatory diseases.
