Description
Poly (I:C) :Kanamycin (1:1) is a 1:1 mixture of the synthetic double-stranded RNA analog Poly (I:C), a TLR3 agonist, and the antibiotic kanamycin, which enhances its stability. This combination is widely used as a vaccine adjuvant and immunostimulant in immunological research, applicable for both in vitro cell studies and in vivo animal models.
