HD-TAC7 is a potent PROTAC-based degrader of HDAC1, HDAC2, and HDAC3, with respective IC50 values of 3.6 μM, 4.2 μM, and 1.1 μM. It reduces NF-κB p65 levels in RAW 264.7 macrophages and is a research tool for studying inflammatory diseases like asthma and COPD.
