Description
2MD is an orally active vitamin D analog that promotes periosteal bone formation while inhibiting trabecular bone resorption, effectively restoring bone mass and strength. It has also been shown to regulate genes associated with intraocular pressure (IOP) and lower IOP in non-human primate models, supporting research in osteoporosis and glaucoma.
