Description
ICeD-2 is a cell death inducer that selectively kills HIV-1 infected cells in a process dependent on HIV-1 protease. It acts as a potent inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidases DPP8/DPP9 and stabilizes DPP9 in PBMCs, making it a useful probe for studying viral persistence and immunology in vitro.
