Description
Atracurium (BW-33A free acid) is a competitive neuromuscular blocking agent and AChR antagonist. It is used in research to study neuromuscular blockade and bronchoconstriction, with applications in both in vivo physiological models and in vitro receptor studies. It has also been reported to influence astroglial differentiation.
