Description

XY-4 is a selective PPARγ agonist derived from 1-palmitoyl LPA, activating PPRE-driven gene expression in macrophages at 5 μM. At 1 μM, it promotes in vitro platelet aggregation and induces neointima formation in rat carotid arteries, making it a useful research tool for studying vascular remodeling and PPARγ signaling without LPA receptor agonism.
