SWS1 is a potent, biotin-conjugated PD-L1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.8 nM. It promotes anti-tumor immunity by enhancing tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, demonstrating significant in vivo efficacy with 66.1% tumor growth inhibition in a B16-F10 melanoma model.
