Description
MTP is a small molecule inhibitor of PKM2 that induces caspase-3-mediated apoptosis, stimulates autophagy, and increases ROS in cancer cells. It also suppresses JAK2 signaling, making it a useful research tool for studying oral squamous cell carcinoma in both in vitro and in vivo models.
