BLT2 antagonist-1 (compound 15b) is a selective BLT2 receptor inhibitor with a K_i of 132 nM, blocking LTB4 binding and inhibiting BLT2-mediated chemotaxis (IC50 224 nM) without affecting BLT1. It serves as a valuable research tool for studying the role of BLT2 in inflammatory airway disease models such as asthma and COPD.
