Description
RASP-IN-1 (Compound A) is a lipophilic small molecule inhibitor investigated for macular degeneration. In a rabbit retina model, it demonstrates biological activity, and murine studies show it reaches the posterior eye cup (Cmax 14.36 μg/g at 30 min post 10 mg/kg i.p. dose of its radiolabeled form) .
