Description
Phaeocaulisin E is a guaiane sesquiterpene that suppresses lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -stimulated nitric oxide (NO) release in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells with an IC50 of 10.3 μM. This compound is a useful research tool for studying inflammatory pathways and has shown activity in both in vitro and in vivo models of inflammation.
