Description
AP-C1 is a potent cGKII inhibitor (pIC50 = 6.5) but only modestly suppresses cGKII-mediated anion secretion. This selective tool compound is useful for in vitro studies investigating cGKII's role in intestinal fluid homeostasis and bone growth pathways.
