Description
Norartocarpetin is a potent tyrosinase inhibitor (IC50 0.47 μM) with food antibrowning applications and exhibits anticancer activity against NCI-H460 lung carcinoma cells (IC50 22 μM) . Its antiproliferative mechanism involves inhibiting the Ras/Raf/MAPK pathway, inducing mitochondrial apoptosis, causing S-phase arrest, and suppressing cell migration and invasion in vitro.
