EGFR-IN-70 is a potent and selective EGFR inhibitor, demonstrating anti-proliferative activity in vitro by suppressing EGFR phosphorylation. It shows greater potency against the EGFR L858R/T790M/C797S mutant (IC50 = 23.6 nM) than wild-type EGFR (IC50 = 307.5 nM), making it a useful compound for oncology research, including studies of resistant cancer models.
