Description
BTK-IN-17 is a potent and orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (IC50 = 13.7 nM) . It suppresses BTK and PLCγ2 phosphorylation, exhibiting anti-inflammatory activity suitable for research in autoimmune and inflammatory disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
