FINDY is a selective inhibitor of the DYRK1A folding intermediate, blocking its Ser97 autophosphorylation with an IC50 of 35 μM. This tool compound is used in neurological disease research, including in vitro studies of Down syndrome and Alzheimer's disease pathogenesis.
