Description
Zenidolol (ICI-118551) is a selective β2-adrenergic receptor antagonist with Ki values of 0.7 nM (β2), 49.5 nM (β1), and 611 nM (β3) . It is used in ophthalmic research as an ocular hypotensive agent and is a tool for studying β-adrenergic receptor function in both in vitro and in vivo models.
