FJ9 is a small molecule inhibitor of FZD7 that disrupts its interaction with the PDZ domain of DVL. This inhibition of Wnt signaling induces apoptosis, demonstrating efficacy in melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer cell lines in vitro.
