Description
Premazepam is a benzodiazepine receptor partial agonist with demonstrated anxiolytic and sedative effects in human studies. Although never commercialized, it remains a research tool for investigating GABAergic neurotransmission and the pharmacology of partial agonists in both in vitro and in vivo models.
