Description
AZD6126 (ANG-453) is a water-soluble phosphate prodrug converted in vivo to N-acetylcolchinol, a tubulin-binding agent. It acts as a vascular disrupting agent, selectively targeting and destabilizing the tumor vasculature to induce endothelial apoptosis, vessel occlusion, and tumor necrosis in preclinical solid tumor models.
