Description
BRF110 is a brain-penetrant, potent, and selective agonist of the Nurr1:RXRα heterodimer. This neuroprotective compound has been shown in vivo to prevent toxin-induced dopaminergic neuron loss, induce dopamine biosynthesis, and does not cause dyskinesia with chronic dosing in preclinical Parkinson's disease models.
