Description
Aroplatin is a liposomal formulation of the platinum complex NDDP, a cisplatin analog. Upon activation, its DACH-platinum core forms DNA crosslinks that evade mismatch repair, inhibiting DNA synthesis and inducing cytotoxicity. It has been investigated in preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies for its antitumor potential and improved toxicity profile.
