Description
Lig3 is a small molecule inhibitor that selectively targets the E6 oncoprotein of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) strains. It is a research tool for studying HPV-driven oncogenesis and has demonstrated activity in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo preclinical models of HPV-associated cancers.
