Description
DSM43 is a small molecule inhibitor of the malaria drug target dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) . It is a research tool for studying Plasmodium falciparum pyrimidine biosynthesis and has demonstrated antimalarial activity in both in vitro parasite cultures and in vivo murine models of infection.
