Description
GB1874 is a small molecule inhibitor that disrupts the β-catenin/TCF4 interaction within the Wnt signaling pathway. It reduces proliferation and stemness in Wnt-dependent colorectal cancer cells in vitro and has demonstrated efficacy in suppressing HCT116 xenograft tumor growth in vivo.
