Description
AM-211 sodium is a potent and selective antagonist of the prostaglandin D2 receptor 2 (DP2/CRTH2) . It demonstrates high affinity across species, good oral bioavailability, and dose-dependently inhibits PGD2-mediated leukocytosis in guinea pigs.
