Description
Enniatin A1 is a Fusarium-derived cyclic hexadepsipeptide with anticarcinogenic properties, inducing apoptosis and disrupting ERK signaling. It also acts as an ACAT inhibitor, exhibiting an IC50 of 49 μM in rat liver microsomes. This compound is a useful research tool for studying cancer biology and lipid metabolism in vitro.
