Description
GNF362 is a potent, selective, and orally bioavailable inhibitor of inositol trisphosphate 3-kinase B (ITPKB), also inhibiting ITPKA and ITPKC. It has been shown in research to overcome temozolomide chemoresistance, deplete alloreactive T-cells, and reverse ITPKA-driven cell migration in experimental models.
